For this 100-acre mixed-use project in Austin – which includes a high-end retail center, luxury hotel, office buildings, and parking garages – fd2s developed a project identity and created promotional and leasing materials, along with a comprehensive strategy for presenting the identity in the built environment. In addition to working on the initial launch of the project, fd2s also handled a subsequent enhancement of the project’s environmental graphics program to reflect a changing tenant mix and market position.
