Houston, Texas Uptown Address Calls for Upscale Project Identity

BLVD Place

Teaming with Wulfe & Company and DMJM Design/AECOM, fd2s developed the identity and environmental graphics program for this 20-acre upscale, mixed-use development in Houston’s Uptown District. The identity, which features a palette inspired by the lush landscaping conceived for the site, manifests in large-scale digitally-printed canopies that punctuate escalator connections between sub-grade parking and street level as well as strategically-placed super-graphics that integrate with building facades.

A series of freestanding wayfinding forms and tenant identification elements is deliberately understated and modern and relates to the architecture via brushed stainless steel frames and tempered glass faces.
