Kansas City, Kansas Long-Term Engagement Begins With Experience Audit

The University of Kansas Medical Center

fd2s’ longstanding relationship with the University of Kansas Hospital began with an intensive, week-long on-site analysis (that we coined our “Experience Audit”) conducted by a five-person team. The Experience Audit culminated in a presentation of our campus-wide exterior and interior observations and subsequent recommendations to Hospital leadership.

Since that time the Hospital has implemented a number of campus wayfinding elements, including large-scale campus identification on building and pedestrian bridge facades and site directionals that double as campus markers. The original analysis has also served to inform our work to develop branding, wayfinding, and donor recognition elements for a number of other campus projects.
