Working with the joint venture team of Ennead Partners and Jacobs, fd2s is devising a creative approach for disseminating wayfinding information, recognizing donors, and sharing interpretive content at the new 458,000-square-foot Robert B. Rowling Hall on The University of Texas at Austin campus.
Robert B. Rowling Hall will become the home of the McCombs School of Business MBA programs, which currently share facilities with undergraduate business programs elsewhere on campus. The five-level building will also double the space available for the school’s Executive Education programs, providing new venues for convention and conference activities that are currently held exclusively in the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. The new building will connect to the Executive Education and Conference Center to provide easy access to the new ballroom space and additional parking.
The team is integrating electronic media with the architecture in a number of locations throughout the building to deliver dynamic and searchable content covering philanthropy, donor recognition, centers of excellence within the school, and wayfinding.
